Setting Up your Outlook XP/2003 Mail Accounts

1. on the file menu go to "tools" then "Email Accounts"

2. on the e-mail account wizard choose "add a new e-mail account" click next

 
 

3. choose "POP3" and click next

 
 

4. Enter the user name , enter you email address, enter your mail server address (Use POP server name that we provided and SMTP server name that your ISP has provided. (eMailPlus users, use the SMTP server name we provided)

5. For eMailPlus users, stay on this dialog and choose "More Settings" when you click it you will see four tabs, select the "Outgoing Server" tab and check "My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".

 
 

6. Select okay

7. you should be back to the dialog where you entered your name, password etc.. Click next and finally click finished.

You are now ready to send and receive mail!
